You can get a free IPv6 block by subscribing to Next-Gen IPAM. Every subscription comes with a free /48 IPv6 subnet. Just create an account, choose which Next-Gen IPAM subscription fits your needs, and request IPv6.
A /48 IPv6 subnet will be provided free of charge for the first year. After that, the cost will be $10 USD per month or $100 USD annually.
